Signing in & Password

How do I sign into my CYME account?

  1. Go to the top of the page and click on in the top right corner.
  2. In the following page:
    • Enter your email address associated with your CYME account.
    • Enter your password.
  3. Click on the button.

I can't sign in!

If you are having trouble signing into your account:

  1. Make sure your are using your email address associated with your CYME account.
  2. Make sure you are typing your password in a case sensitive manner.

If you still can't sign into your account, try resetting your password.

How do I sign out of my CYME account?

To sign out of your account, click on in the upper right corner. In the menu, click on Sign Out.

How do I reset my password?

If you're logged out of your account and you can't remember your password:

You can request a new password by clicking the Can't access your account? link on the CYME sign in page. We'll send you an email with a link to reset your password.

If you're logged into your account:

  1. Click on in the top right corner and select Change Password from the menu.
  2. Enter your current password and a new password and save your changes.

What is the minimum password strength and how can I make my password strong?

When you create a new password, make sure that it's at least 8 characters long. Try to use a complex combination of numbers, letters, and punctuation marks. If the password you entered isn't strong enough, try mixing together uppercase and lowercase letters or making the password longer.


Managing Your Account

How can I modify my CYME account settings?

To modify your CYME account settings, you must first be signed in.

To access your account settings:

  1. Click on in the top right corner and select Account Settings from the menu.
  2. Make modifications to whatever settings you wish to modify and save your changes.
